Supporting Your Growth as a Confident, Competent, and Compassionate Clinician
Embarking on the path toward full licensure is both exciting and challenging — and having the right supervisor can make all the difference. As a clinical supervisor, I am deeply committed to creating a space where new and emerging therapists feel supported, respected, and empowered as they navigate this transformative stage of their professional journey.
My Approach
Clinical supervision with me is not a one-size-fits-all experience. I tailor each supervision relationship to meet the unique needs, goals, and learning style of the individual clinician. I bring a strong psychoeducational foundation to our work together, but I also prioritize real-world application, skill refinement, and the development of your authentic therapeutic voice.
In supervision, we’ll do more than review cases. We’ll engage in meaningful conversations about clinical decision-making, ethics, countertransference, self-care, and the development of your professional identity. I strive to cultivate a reflective environment where you can ask tough questions, process complex emotions, and celebrate growth — both personally and professionally.
Why Work With Me?
- Licensed & Certified: I have completed all the necessary training to provide clinical supervision in the state of Michigan and stay current with best practices in supervision and ethics.
- Experienced Clinician: I bring years of hands-on experience working with teens, couples, and adults across a variety of settings, with special focus on trauma, anxiety, and emotional regulation.
- Integrative & Insight-Oriented: Drawing from CBT, IFS, and other evidence-based modalities, I help supervisees connect theory with practice in a way that feels grounded and personalized.
- Collaborative & Supportive: I believe supervision should feel like a partnership — one where you’re respected as a fellow professional while being gently challenged to grow.
- Focused on the Whole Therapist: Your clinical development is important, but so is your sustainability in this field. We’ll talk about boundaries, burnout, and building a career that aligns with your values.
Is Supervision with Me the Right Fit?
The best supervision relationships are built on trust, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to growth. If you’re looking for a supervisor who will take the time to understand your goals, support your learning curve, and walk alongside you as you develop into the therapist you’re meant to be, I’d love to talk.
Let’s explore whether we’d be a good fit.
